Ordering

It's simple! Browse our products, find something you love, and click the green Order via WhatsApp button. This opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the product name and price. Just send it and we'll confirm your order and arrange delivery.
No account needed! We keep it simple — all orders are placed directly via WhatsApp. No sign-ups, no passwords, no checkout forms.
After you place your order via WhatsApp, we will share payment details with you. We currently accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, and cash on delivery in select areas. We'll confirm the best option for you.
Absolutely! Just send us a message on WhatsApp listing all the products you'd like. We'll put together a combined order for you and may be able to offer a combined shipping discount.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the cancellation.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within India. Metro cities (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.) usually receive orders in 3–4 days. Remote areas may take 5–7 days.
Shipping charges vary by product size, weight, and delivery location. The shipping cost will be confirmed when you place your order via WhatsApp. We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible and offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 (subject to product terms).
Yes! We ship to all major cities and most pin codes across India. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, just ask us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you the tracking details via WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to follow your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or are significantly different from what was described. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us on WhatsApp with photos of the issue.
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order details and photos or a short video of the issue. We'll guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup where possible.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
Some product categories have special return rules — for example, personal care items, innerwear, and food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Product listing pages will clearly indicate any such restrictions. If in doubt, ask us before ordering.

Products & Stock

We add new products every day — that's what Navinam is all about! Check back often, or follow us on WhatsApp to get notified when exciting new arrivals land.
"Out of Stock" means the product is currently unavailable. Some items are restocked regularly while others are limited-edition finds. Message us on WhatsApp with the product name and we'll let you know when (or if) it'll be back.
We do our best to show accurate, clear product images. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen's display settings. If you'd like more photos or a video of a product before ordering, just ask us on WhatsApp.
